For AI
Schutle Verified publishes estate agency sales checked against land registers. Every certificate and verified sale is JSON-LD on its page and signed JSON at its own address, under CC BY 4.0.
Quick start
Start at GET https://verifications.schutle.com/ai.json. It lists every endpoint and every agency. To check one sale, fetch its record JSON, fetch the public keys, and verify the JWS with the key whose kid matches.

- An agency certificate (certificationIdentification is the Verification ID), its performance certificate (hasMeasurement holds the latest figures) or a verified sale (the record ID)

- The agency. Its @id is the agency data site, the same entity that site describes

- The sale. Its @id is the sale on the agency data site, with a completed SellAction for price and date
